During normal browsing, computer systems may automatically acquire certain technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, device, operating system, date and time of the request, pages visited and other technical information needed for the website's operation, security and maintenance.
3. Purposes and legal bases for processing
Personal data is processed solely for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.
3.1 Responding to users' enquiries
Data submitted through contact forms is used to respond to enquiries about blanc privé, experiences, services, residences and concierge activities.
Legal basis: taking steps at the data subject's request before entering into a contract, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
3.2 Managing services, experiences and concierge activities
Data may be used to organise and manage the service you request, such as restaurant reservations, transfers, guided activities, babysitting, experiences, services for your stay and other services requested through blanc privé.
Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
3.3 Managing residence bookings
Data required to book accommodation is processed to check availability and manage the stay, guests, amounts due and obligations connected with the booking.

Some data may be processed to comply with obligations imposed by law, tax and accounting regulations or requests from competent authorities.
Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
3.5 Website security
Technical data and logs may be processed to prevent fraud, unauthorised access, cyberattacks, misuse or website malfunctions.
Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in the security of its computer systems, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3.6 Statistical analysis of website use
With your prior consent, the website may use statistical tools such as Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate form, how the website is used, which pages are visited and how users interact with its content.
Legal basis: the data subject's consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. Contact forms: Contact Form 7
The website uses forms created with Contact Form 7 to allow users to request information about blanc privé services, experiences and other activities.
Data entered in a form is used solely to receive and manage your enquiry and for any subsequent communications needed to handle it.
Providing the data marked as mandatory is necessary for us to respond. If you do not provide it, blanc privé may be unable to contact you or supply the information requested.
5. Bookings through Lodgify
For residence bookings, the website directs users to the external Lodgify platform.
When you select a residence and choose to book, you are redirected to the checkout environment managed by Lodgify, where the information needed to complete the booking is requested.
Lodgify may therefore process your personal data when providing its technology platform and booking-related services.
blanc privé does not use its WordPress website to collect full payment card details directly when a card is used in the Lodgify checkout. Such data is processed through payment systems connected to the booking platform.
For further information about how Lodgify processes personal data, please consult the privacy notice made available directly by the provider.
6. Sharing data with providers of requested services
blanc privé also organises and coordinates services and experiences requested by users.
Where necessary to fulfil a request, some personal data may be shared with the parties actually involved in providing the service, including, for example:
- restaurants;
- mountain guides and outdoor activity professionals;
- transfer and transport providers;
- babysitters and personal service providers;
- chefs and catering providers;
- professionals and providers of booked experiences;
- tourism establishments and operators;
- other partners needed to deliver the requested service.
Only data reasonably necessary to deliver the service properly will be shared, such as a name, contact details, number of participants, times, meeting place and details relevant to the request.
These parties may process data according to their applicable data protection role and within the limits necessary to provide the service.
7. Google Analytics 4
The website uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to obtain statistical information about browsing and use of its pages.
Google Analytics may collect information about the device, interactions with the website, pages visited and other browsing events.
Analytics cookies or identifiers that are not strictly necessary are activated only after you have given consent through the cookie preference management system.
You may change or withdraw consent at any time through the settings of the website's cookie banner.
8. Google Search Console
blanc privé uses Google Search Console to analyse the website's performance in Google search results, identify technical issues and monitor page indexing.
Google Search Console mainly operates on data about the website's presence in search results. It is not a form through which blanc privé directly requests personal data from website users.
9. Google Maps
Google Maps may be embedded on the contact page to show the geographical location of blanc privé's office.
Using the map may involve sharing technical information about your device and connection with Google and, depending on the service settings, using cookies or similar technologies.
Where required by applicable law, technologies connected with Google Maps that are not strictly necessary are loaded only with your consent.
10. Facebook and Instagram
The website may contain links to blanc privé's official Facebook and Instagram profiles, services belonging to the Meta ecosystem.
When you voluntarily access these social networks through such links, processing on those platforms is governed by their operators' privacy notices.
11. Cookies and consent management through CookieYes
The website uses CookieYes as its platform for managing consent to cookies and tracking technologies.
Cookies and tracking tools that are not strictly necessary are blocked in advance and activated only after you have made a choice through the cookie banner.
You may accept, reject or change your preferences and subsequently withdraw consent through the system available on the website.
For details of the cookies present, their categories, purposes and durations, please consult the website's Cookie Policy.
12. Hosting and technical infrastructure
The website is hosted using infrastructure associated with the provider SupportHost. The server infrastructure used for the website is located in Germany and supplied through systems associated with Hetzner Online GmbH.
In providing hosting and infrastructure services, these parties may have access to technical data, logs, IP addresses and other information needed for the infrastructure's operation, security, backup and maintenance.
13. Recipients of data
Personal data may be processed by persons authorised by the controller and, where necessary, shared with categories of recipients such as:
- hosting and IT infrastructure providers;
- technical service and website maintenance providers;
- analytics tool and digital service providers;
- Lodgify and providers involved in booking management;
- providers involved in payment management;
- restaurants, guides, transfer providers, babysitters and other providers of requested experiences or services;
- administrative, tax and professional advisers, where necessary;
- public authorities where required by law.
Where legislation requires it, providers processing personal data on the controller's behalf are appointed as processors under Article 28 GDPR.
14. Transfers of data outside the EEA
Using certain technology services supplied by companies in international groups, including Google, Meta, Lodgify or other technology providers, may involve processing or accessing data from countries outside the European Economic Area.
Where international transfers of personal data take place, they will comply with Articles 44 et seq. GDPR and use the mechanisms provided by applicable law, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other safeguards provided by law.
15. Data retention
Personal data is retained for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In particular:
- information enquiries: for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any subsequent contact and, as a guideline, for a maximum of 24 months after the enquiry is concluded, unless further retention is necessary;
- data about bookings, services and experiences: for as long as necessary to perform the service and subsequently for the period needed to protect the controller's and the user's rights;
- administrative and tax data: for the period required by applicable civil, tax and accounting legislation;
- technical data and logs: for the period strictly necessary for security, maintenance and prevention of misuse;
- data collected through cookies and analytics tools: for the periods configured in those tools and stated in the website's Cookie Policy.
Once the applicable retention period has expired, data will be deleted, anonymised or retained only where necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect a right in legal proceedings.
16. Processing methods and security
Data is processed using computer and electronic systems and, where necessary, organisational procedures suitable for ensuring its confidentiality and security.
blanc privé adopts technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to prevent loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of personal data.
No computer system can, however, guarantee the absolute absence of security risks.
17. Providing data
Providing data requested in contact forms or needed to book a service is optional, but may be necessary to obtain a response or allow blanc privé to arrange the requested service.
Failure to provide necessary data may therefore make it impossible to answer the enquiry, make a booking or provide the service.
18. Data subject rights
In the cases provided for by the GDPR, data subjects may exercise the rights recognised by Articles 15–22 of the Regulation, in particular:
- obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them is being processed;
- access their personal data;
- request rectification of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data;
- request erasure in the cases provided for by law;
- obtain restriction of processing in the cases provided for by the GDPR;
- object to processing where the applicable conditions are met;
- receive data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format in the cases covered by the right to data portability;
- withdraw consent previously given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Requests to exercise these rights may be sent to info@blancprive.com.
19. Complaints to the Italian Data Protection Authority
If you believe that your personal data is being processed in breach of applicable legislation, you may lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, following the procedures established by that authority.
This does not affect your right to apply to the competent courts.
20. Data relating to children
The website is not designed as a service aimed directly at children. Enquiries and bookings must be made by adults or persons exercising parental responsibility.
Services also intended for families, such as babysitting, sporting activities, experiences or other personalised services, may require information about children to be shared.
In these circumstances, blanc privé asks the adult making the request to provide only information actually necessary to organise and deliver the service.
21. Sensitive information voluntarily included in messages
Website forms contain free-text fields. Please do not include particularly sensitive information or information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
If arranging a specific service requires information about, for example, allergies, dietary requirements, mobility or other personal needs, such information must be limited to what is strictly necessary to deliver the requested service properly.
22. Automated decision-making and profiling
Except for anything connected with statistical features or third-party services described in the Cookie Policy, blanc privé does not use the website for decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning users or similarly significantly affect them.
23. Third-party websites and services
The website may contain links to platforms, websites or services managed by third parties, including Lodgify, Google, Facebook and Instagram.
Once you leave blancprive.com and access an external website, the processing carried out by that party is governed by its own privacy notice.
blanc privé therefore encourages users to read the privacy notices of the external services they use.
24. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be amended or updated over time, for example following the introduction of new services, technical changes to the website or legislative updates.
The updated version will be published on this page with the date of its latest update.
